So, rather than a workout this week, I wanted to tell you guys about this app I downloaded (it’s not a new app, but new-to-me)–Zombies, Run!
So basically, you start out listing to a story where there’s been a zombie outbreak. You’re given objectives, and run “along” with the story. It’s really fun, motivating and a good alternative to a regular ol’ workout. You can even synch your iTunes to go with it (I recommend the 28 Days Later soundtrack).
Definitely check out this app! It’s a lot of fun!
