It’s Workout Wednesday, friends! I love Self Magazine and have been a long-time subscriber. Earlier this month they posted this great 10-minute treadmill interval workout. It’s easy and something you can do even if you’re just starting out on the treadmill. Let’s face it–indoor workouts can be kind of boring. This one is actually fun, and gets results!
